What you get in one place
Bookings and calendar
Your own booking page, opening hours per weekday with exceptions for holidays, and a staff calendar where a free slot becomes a booking in two clicks.
Booking becomes a heat
Start the session straight from the booking row. Grand Prix and Le Mans bookings carry their drivers and teams into race control.
Live timing included
Lap times from your Mylaps decoder on the big screen, on the drivers' phones and on printed result sheets with a QR code.
Sales figures per package
Total sales, prepaid versus unpaid and a breakdown per package for any period, with and without VAT, exportable to CSV or print.
Drop-in queue that knows the fleet
Walk-in customers check in by QR code, and the queue never promises more karts than you actually have running.
No double entry
Names, kart numbers and results stay connected from the booking through the race to the leaderboard and the season statistics.
Moving from a separate booking tool
- 1. Set your opening hours and packages. Weekly hours as the base, plus exceptions for holidays and shorter days.
- 2. Publish or embed the booking page. Link it from your website, or embed it so it looks like part of your own site.
- 3. Let the old bookings run out. Existing bookings finish where they are — no migration, no downtime.
Common questions
We already use a separate booking tool — why change?
A separate booking tool stops at the confirmation email. Here the booking becomes the session in race control, with the drivers already entered, so nobody types the same names twice.
Can we see how much we sold per package?
Yes. The sales view shows totals and a breakdown per package for any date range, split into prepaid and not prepaid, with and without VAT, and it exports to CSV or print.
Can customers pay online when booking?
Not today. Bookings are marked as paid by staff, so prepaid and unpaid revenue is still visible in the sales figures.
How do we move over from our current booking system?
Create your opening hours and packages, publish the new booking page or embed it on your website, and let the old system run out its existing bookings. No data migration is required.
Is it available in our language?
The system runs in Swedish, English, Norwegian, Finnish, Spanish, French and Italian.
