Common questions about kart booking
Do customers need an account to book?
No. The booking page asks for the details you need for the booking and sends a confirmation email. Nothing else has to be created first.
Can we hide some packages from the public page?
Yes. Each product can be shown on the public booking page, on the drop-in check-in page, or both — so a package can exist for the counter without appearing online.
Does a booking become a heat automatically?
Yes. A booking can be turned into a session in race control with its drivers, so staff do not have to type the same names twice.
Can we take Grand Prix and Le Mans bookings?
Yes. An event booking gets a pre-registration link so the customer enters the driver or team names before arrival, and the event then runs from race control.
Is the booking page in our own language?
The system runs in Swedish, English, Norwegian, Finnish, Spanish, French and Italian, and visitors get the language they choose.
