Running the event
- 1. Create the booking. Start from a saved Grand Prix package or set the stages yourself, then send the pre-registration link.
- 2. Assign karts. Drivers are matched to karts, and groups are formed automatically when there are more drivers than karts.
- 3. Run the stages. Qualifying, heats and finals in order, with grids built from the results as you go.
Common questions about kart Grand Prix
How does promotion between finals work?
Results from qualifying and heats build the grids automatically. The top finishers in the C final move up to the B final, and the top of the B final move up to the A final, so the whole event runs from one console.
What if there are more drivers than karts?
The field is split into groups that run the same stage one after another, and the combined results decide the grids for the next stage. You set the number of available karts and the system does the split.
Can the customer register the drivers in advance?
Yes. Whoever booked the Grand Prix gets a pre-registration link and can enter every driver name before arrival, which saves a long queue at the counter.
Is there a guided setup?
Yes. A step-by-step guided start walks through booking, drivers, format, karts and a final summary, and hands over to the same race control as the manual flow.
What happens if a kart breaks down mid-event?
Swap the driver to another kart in race control. Times already recorded stay with the driver's results, and the new kart's passings continue from there.
